How do i make my face look healthy? There's a certain glow that some people have that just makes them look healthy and i find it extremely attractive.
It can't be actual fitness that causes it, because most elite athletes look like total shit. So what is it? diet? genetics? camera filters?
diet with plenty nutrients
not too much stress
in order of importance, in my experience
I get that whenever I clean up my diet smartly. otherwise I look kind of oily and less attractive
I feel like it just happens when you get older than 19, I've lost the youthful glow now at 21. I really don't drink enough water though
How do you get rid of the dark circles under your eyes? I sleep for at least 5-6 hours most nights
That's no fucking fair, /fit/.
Why are there girls as beautiful as this one and then there're guys like me who are ugly, who will never be able to have a girl like that, to make her happy and spend time with her.
It feels like you have been denied so much right the moment you were born, without ever doing anything to deserve it.
ofcourse you can brah, just got to believe, and then pursue.
The problem is, even if I got money and shit and eventually got a girl, there's 0 chance she's with me for anything else but the money.
>>dont be obese
I love how people think being obese is the end of the world and the epitome of ugliness. It's the best case scenario there is for improving one's looks.
If I were just obese I'd lose weight and be done with it.
My hygiene is great. I'm not a dick to people, they usually like me. But what of it when you are 22yo virgin well on his way to wizardhood.
I'm not trying to attention whore or anything, I was just genuinelly speculating how the fuck is that fair and how anyone can believe in anything like god when there's so much polarizing shit in this world.
there's 0 chance she's with me for anything else but the money.
Prolly not true. If a girl is with you it's because of a variety of things, it's you as a whole. Money, looks are important, but what you do in life, your personality, how much you will to invest in her, the things people say about you, your social circle, you being funny but smart too, your approach to life and your plans. All these things matter.
>I think it's just age, I totally lost it at the old and worn out age of 21
>Oh and also I don't drink enough water, and I sleep "at least" 5-6 hours a night
>And lord knows what my diet is like
POO IN LOO
>Who has time for that?
So you're living a high-speed, high-stress lifestyle where sleep is a luxury, and you honestly think that it's getting old that's making you look like shit?
Your skin looks like the thing that comes out of the back end though? It looks oily and nasty. Fuck, I can almost smell that typical brown-man stench of rotten egg BO through the screen just by looking at that pic lol
Learn to not be so shallow and find an average girl with good personality? How is it fair that we would have to put up with a below average looking, shallow person? Learn to value more than just looks pajeet, you're hitting way out of your league
Okay /fit/, how the FUCK do you sleep more? I've slept like shit for the best part of 10 years. I am always exhausted, mental fog that fucks with my ability to do anything, can't think can't focus, always stressed the fuck out. I'm 23, almost 24 and I think it's really starting to take it's tole on me. I'm so, so sick of being this way.
I cannot fucking sleep right though. It's very difficult for me to fall asleep and I end up shifting in bed for a minimum of 30 min at night before I can fall off, usually close to an hour of restlessness. Even then, my sleep is troubled and I can't stay asleep for more than 6 hours at a time. And once I wake up, that's it. I can basically never get back to sleep once I wake up the first time. I end up shifting in and out of dreams fro hours or just sitting in bed wide awake. I've tried shutting off distractions an hour before bed time. Eliminating electric light. Reading a comforting book. Not exercising too close to bed time. Cutting out caffeine or changing the time of consumption of it. Even melatonin (never sleeping pills, though). I'm also always thirsty and feel dehydrated at night and frequently woken up by having to piss extremely badly despite drinking a plentiful amount of water throughout the day.
Learn basic relaxing techniques and really spend time to learn how to deeply relax your body and mind.
