Made myself some perfectly fried eggs with runny yolks and cereal baguette with salami.
General foodinspo thread I guess, need to get me some fit recipes.
Bumping with my late-night daily meal - 250g of quark, one banana and one orange or whatever fruit I have at home (if any).
Cook a 4 egg scrambled eggs+onion+bacon for lunch. Missed out on cooking a real dinner, so will have to sub with greens and fruit.
Taking brother to gym tomorrow (14, i'm 23), going to cook up brown rice + chicken and grab some kind of sauces from a supermarket.
Had some chili.
1 pound pork
Half pound chuck
3 Dried red chiles
Half a thing of garlic, an onion, cumin, oregano, usual shit
1 Tablespoon cocoa powder
Shit was pretty dank. I'm making it again next week.
Quark is also used to make cheese cake's, if that tells you anything.
I'm not too sure what the relation between the various translations of 'tvaroh' is, so just buy one.
It tastes great.
If I eat the same thing:

An hour or so later, five scrambled eggs on two English muffins I toasted in the oven with a bit of mayo and sprouts.

Last night I placed about ~3 tablespoons of a grapeseed/olive oil mix into a bowl. I added 1,5 tablespoon of louisiana hot sauce, 2 teaspoons of garlic powder and 1 teaspoon of black pepper
in a few minutes, i'm going to place them in a covered pot and cook for about an hour. will get back to you guys with how good it is.

people exaggerate here, but Salami no matter how high quality is still just fat, salt and nitrate. Fucking delicious though, wouldn't categorize it as exactly nutrient dense or healthy.
Its' meat, fat from the animal, certain bacterial cultures and salt. Not exactly unhealthy unless you need to cut down on your salt intake or believe in the saturated fat meme. High quality salami doesn't necessarily use nitrate, and if you make it yourself you can leave it out.
In relation to the discussions around the health benefits of fermented foods it would be interesting to see where salami stands.
Well I don't drink, smoke, or eat candy and eat quite well so salami from time to time is alright. My 'cheat meal' is basically tons of quark mixed with tons of fruit. And I eat that like once a momth when me mum makes some.
