Here's actual advice. Look into 3 day full body routines, get strong, eat a diet specific to your culture and learn about fasting.

This is why I recommend a weekly caloric count to anyone that asks how to lose weight. You can have your cheat day, just count it to the weekly total. Anything you've saved up until that day, you can use.

Most junk food isn't even that unhealthy. It mainly lacks vitamins and shit, and has a lot more calories than it looks like it does. The only reason junk food is bad for you is if you aren't aware of this and eat it all the time
Cheat days are better treated as refeed days, eat at maintenance or a slight (~100cal) surplus for 1-2 days of the week. In combination with anabolic stresses like lifting you get better anti-catabolic effects.

What's wrong with eating pizza? I track my calories and keep to them strictly so if I can fit in a few slices while meeting my intake & macros what's the problem? My lifts are still going up, my waistline is gradually shrinking and I'm losing a modest amount of weight every week.
I could understand going on a strict diet if I was an athlete worried about weigh ins or had to be cut in time for a competition but I'm just a guy that wants to be a little stronger and a tad lighter than I was yesterday. If you go to a resturant to eat a pizza you can't really measure the calories if they make their own cause
A) You're most likely not gonna bring a scale and use it in a resturant
B)You can't measure the calories cause you don't know their recipe, how much extra oil there is in the pizza, how much dough etc.
If you're ever going to some resturant that's not a chain that doesn't offer you a caloric table to look at how much there is roughly in one meal then I'd just Fast until you go out on the evening and order ONE item on the menu (when I was dieting on 1500 calories a day that was like one starter on Hard Rock Cafe, and they don't include the side stuff on the plate like fries)
TL;DR, if you're gonnna have a cheat day then plan ahead properly so you have a few thousand calories to spend
