Most salons in bigger cities offer some "semi-permanent" solutions

A non-permanent solution would be to buy an eyebrow pencil. If you're self conscious about it, it takes 10 seconds to fill in in the morning. You can also get a permanent tattoo to fill it in (not that I recommend that)

You can at least hide it a little. I have a little black eye shadow that I use every time I fuck up on trimming my beard or my eyebrows. I'd just put a little on my finger and dab it where the hair is shorter than the rest, and spread it around. It gives it an illusion that it's thicker, and hides well around the other hairs. Works every time, and nobody has noticed.
