You can't just squat, bench, and diddly/ squat, OHP, and power clean and expect any good to come from it. You've obviously had a completely fucked up diet AND skipped all of the accessory exercises. This is the type of shit that gives SS a bad rep.

For the past couple weeks I have just been doing the first one Monday Wed Friday(Squat, bench, and deadlift) what days do you do the other 3. Also, could I add barbell bicep curls, EZ bar skullcrushers, and close grip EZ BAR?
I'm not saying you were lif ting for aesthetics, I'm saying you look weak because you are. I don't believe those are your lifts and if that is you I can guarantee that you didn't follow the program correctly

wrong. size does indeed equal strength. all else being equal, bigger = stronger. more accurately, strength is a function of the muscle size and intensity of the contraction.

candito is pretty big actually, and you're missing the point. some people are able to get a lot of force our of (relatively) small muscles, but if their muscle size increased they would also see an increase in strength. strength is a function of both size and the intensity of contraction, as I said. muscle size goes up = strength goes up. more efficient contraction = strength goes up.

today i learned fit doesnt lift and has a small penis and that i have the best looking bod
Six months SS, and I'm very proud of the results, I was cutting the first 3 months of it and currently bulking until the end of January then I will start cutting again.
I have progressed a lot, started with:
Squat: 1 plate
Bench: 0.75 plate
OHP: 0.5 plate
Deadlift: 1 plate
Now, thanks to rippletits I'm at:
Squat: 3 plate for 3*5
Bench: 1.5 plate for 3*5
OHP: 1 plate 3*5
Deadlift: 3 plate 1*5
I'm thinking on starting Texas method or some other program since my goal was to do SS for 6 months
