What are the best magnesium, vitamin D and zinc supplements for increasing testosterone? Or are they a meme?
Are there any other supps you'd recommend for increasing test levels?
You may be confusing vitamin D and D-aspartic acid. It's usually stacked with ZMA (zinc).
Either way, over the counter test boosters won't help you if you already have a normal test level.
Also D+ZMA < DMZ if acronyms are your thing. It's basically a modified superdrol.
everything i've read says that if you have a zinc deficiency, supplimenting think will boost you test regardless of levels. no study to back this up, but i've seen a lot of articles about it. i've never heard about taking vitamin-d for increasing test until this thread, so i'll assume its more bro science than just straight zinc...
Anything that actually increases your test is going to be illegal or you will need a very good reason for a doctor to give it to you.
Nothing off the shelf is going to do anything even close to that.
There are no studies proving that you can increase your testosterone using over the counter products.
But the times I have been supplementing zinc and vitamin d I have seen some pretty nice gains, so I have trouble knowing what to believe.
Take it from someone who has tried everything but longjack and pobe pollen yet consistently tested low for test for 12 months: nothing legal works. Hopefully starting TRT next week on a private script, pray for my luck brothers
Regular vitamin D supp does increase test. Or rather it fixes the deficiency most people have, which increases test.
That's true for most ''natural testboosters''. At best they just fix deficiencies and put your levels back where their supposed to be.
I got you :^)
Exercise: HITT for cardio
Fap every five day.
Sex as much as possible
Maca/HGW gives you bonera but doesnt raise test.
Tribulus is pretty much a scam.
Royal jelly looks promising.
>everyone ignoring actual links to studies
Proof that /fit/ gradually got more stupid over the last years. I remember having actual discussions about studies instead of the usual
>muh study: *links healthblog*
The idea is not to look for "testosterone" increasing supplements, my friend.
The idea is to look for GH (Growth hormone) increasing supplements, you need to increase the entire hormonal chain, so you need to focus on the precursor.
That being said, some plants like maca peruana and tribulus terrestris are said to increase testosterone, but the main regulator of GH is actually your sleep.
You produce most GH when sleeping from 23pm to 2 am. If you have a well regulated sleep schedule it will help both increase and maintain your hormonal levels.
Tried zinc supps today for the first time, fucked for an hour straight and then went on to smash 2 pb's for chest day. Not saying its confirmed, but I can't think of any other factors that might have triggered that kind of surge
Aside from shutting down your natural testosterone production (balls will shrink when shut down), no.
This is assuming you're injecting physiological levels (TRT).
Your body is simply getting its testosterone externally instead of making it.
There are no other side effects until you start injecting supraphysiological doses.
In my country roids are legit, legal and cheap as fuck. I got my first batch of Test E and all the anciliaries necessary and im losing my natty card later this year. Fuck natty gains. After my first child im getting in the blast and cruise train and here it goes.
