Best answer. It won't solve your crippling social anxiety and self hatred, but you'll be ripped so that's one check off the list at least. A step in the right direction so to speak.
No. It will just replace them with other problems. Peace of mind is all within your mind, not your body. And if you can't reach it as you are, getting ripped isn't going to change it.
It'll be one less thing about yourself you hate.
It usually is accompanied by intense obsession and becomes a legit arguement for a male eating disorder. Chances are you turn into Rich Piano eventually if you let the lifting consume.
Don't become the lift anon. Let the lift become you.
You posted this exact same thread and other variations of it on /r9k/. I mean, I guess it's more applicable here, but why do you need to keep asking? Are you just bored or something?
Lifting has helped my self hate, which in turned has helped my social issues a little. I'd be willing to take my shirt off in public now, whereas when I was skinny fat I definitely would not.
NO MATTER HOW MUCH WEIGHT I LIFT
NO MATTER HOW STRONG I BECOME
I WILL NEVER BE STRONG ENOUGH TO LIFT MY FEELS AWAY
I want to be that girl in the photo so badly...
I hope those guys are at least bi...
Do trannys kill themselves at the same rate post op?
of course they do
The way you look has nothing to do with how you feel. All your problems from from within, and if you can fix your mental illnesses then you will be unhappy no matter what you look like.
I'm not a shitty trap if that's what you're asking.
