I decided to bulk like mad.

Unfortunately, since I'm skelly, I have very little appetite. My stomach has probably shrunk, which gave me two problems:

- I'm a very slow eater.
- I can't stomach a lot of food.

Now here's the problem: I've made a mealplan that fits all my macros according to my TDEE (2800).

Morning
>6 egg omelette
435kcal, 37g protein

>140g tuna
150kcal, 37g protein

>4 toasts with nutella
300kcal

Whatever I usually eat at lunch and dinner.

+ snacks

>250g nuts
1400kcal, 35g protein
>5 bananas
700kcal
>250g chicken
30g protein

That's roughly 3000kcal, without lunch an dinner.

The problem is I can't eat all the nuts because it's fucking bitter as hell, and the chicken is too much for me.

Any idea?

Have you considered doing if gradually. Start at 2000kcal, and increase the intake over time so your stomach gets used to it?

250g of chicken is like 4 or 5 chicken tenderloins. That's nothing. It's like 250 calories. If you can't eat that in a sitting you have problems.

You can't just jump your calories up you have to work it up to a good level since you can't eat. Stick to high calorie foods like peanut butter and shit that will add calories and not be so much food that you can't eat it all.

Also do protein shakes. Easier to drink calories than eat them.

Nuts are high calorie and good for you. Snack on nuts and eat normally otherwise.

I have an insatiable appetite and I couldn't do that chicken and tuna.

The main reason I can't eat them is actually the taste.

The chicken I cook is dry as all fuck, I can't cook it for shit.

Regarding the nuts, I used to take pecan nuts which were more palatable, but they had less proteins and calories for the same weight, and more expensive.

The only drawback with walnuts is the horrid taste.

Soak the chicken in salt water 30 mins before cooking. Its called brining. If its still too dry just drown it in ketchup.

I'm not a total skeleton, but I'm in no way bulky (189cm / 78kg), so I don't know if this applies to you.

When I stopped working out for 4 months I lost so much appetite, but I've started again 3 weeks ago and I definitely notice that I'v become more hungry; I eat almost 2x of what I ate a few months ago.

Just doing a lot of exercise makes me hungry, how long have you been going for?

Weird thing is that i somehow maintain my weight (60kg 177cm) with only one meal a day. Also, i drink about two glasses of water a day.

Needless to say my appetite is shit. But, i did have periods of proper diet, and what fucks me up the most is not eating the moment i'm hungry. After that, i don't need to eat anything the whole day. How am i still alive /fit/? I can easily walk for miles without getting tired, hungry or thirsty.

Not a good suggestion. Just eating shit is not a very smart way to bulk, and many people don't really eat that much when high because of dry mouth/throat. They just end up eating a bunch of candy which is useless.

If you really want to make this easy. Eat unhealthy stuff with high fat. Also why are you eating nuts that are bitter? Just eat peanut butter. And maybe change the chicken to minced beef, its easier to eat. I just want you to know though, this looks like a bad idea. Just train yourself to eat.

Fuck me fucking running with a giant fucking dick. I've been trying to lose weight for nearly 4 months now. It's been going well, down about 24 lbs, but there's a big fucking problem. I have to do peritoneal dialysis because my kidneys have failed, and every night I have to connect myself to a machine that pumps me full of a fluid and then drains it off. That fluid is a mix of water, some other chemicals and DEXTROSE. FUCKING DEXTROSE. I haven't realized that I should have accounted for those calories in my daily intake until today. I calculated how many calories I'm absorbing from the fluid every day. 550 fucking calories. That's 3850 calories a week that I've just ignored. If I had added those calories in and eaten according that's 16 POUNDS that I could have lost in the past 4 months that are still sitting around my gut. Fuck. ME.

You're not goin to gain with protein bruv, you need carbs and fats.
Protein builds repairs muscles and help you stay lean.
You need more carbs baka, you based your entire diet on protein.

Pasta, whole bread, brown rice, peanutbutter, Sweet potato, lentilspizza (tho not recommended, because dirty, but still 1300kcal when Domino's pizza)
This is what you need.
You were on the right track, but you can get your 3000kcal from protein or from carbs in which case you should obviously go for as many carbs as you can.
