at the gym today and I deadlifted 3 pl8 for a 1 rep max :,)
then a gym bro that was at the nearby squat rack gave me some tips to improve my power and grip. He then proceeded to demonstrate and lift those 3 plates like it was nothing.
I am inspired. Thank you, gym bro. Maybe I will make it after all
