Check current diet: lower the amount of calories, but up the amount of protein
Do 12 weeks of stronglifts, stick to it
After 12 weeks, continue with stronglifts, only add one day of cardio (swimming is best) and add weighted dips and pull-ups to every stronglifts workout
To top it off: do as many sit-ups as you can every day before you go to bed.
