So first time /fit/ poster here. (inb4 first time poster = shit poster)

I read the sticky and all, but I am wondering if there is a way to gain a bit of muscle by not doing weightlifting but like pull ups and pull ups or something exclusively or stuff you can find outside the gym.

The process doesn't need to be efficient or fast, I just wanna know.

Do the 1-2-3-4
For every pull-up 2 push-ups, 3 sit-ups, 4 squats.

3 sets of as many as possible. By the time you hit:
3x25 pull-ups
3x50 push-ups
3x75 sit-ups
3x100 squats

You'll look like Brad Pitt in fight club. If you want to get bigger, you need to lift. Proposed schedule:
Day 1: 1-2-3-4
Day 2: Light cardio (30 minutes walking will do)
Day 3: rest day

Repeat to infinity. Also: make sure you eat a slightly higher amount of calories (10% more the recommended for weight and length)

There: I just gave you a schedule to work with. Do this 3 months and post results, I guarantee ottermode unless you're a fat fuck at this moment

Your quite skinny, so ottermode is easily achieved. Given your current stats, around 2800 kcals should do.
