Yes as you start to lift your shoulders will become more broad, and your chest will become wider. Also as you develop your lats youll see your body start to form a downward taper, plus it will make your hips look less feminine. As well as loosing body fat around them. And besides why would you want to keep the body you have now dude. Be inspired to better yourself. Physically and mentally.
kek, i read it, and it doesn't mention my case, i have a feminine fat destribution, that might be a hormonal problem, even if i lift perhaps i will not gain much. i just wanted to hear an opinion from a similar case. this should be known around here.
