What is the fastest way to get your biceps growing? I have read that you should lift weights as heavy as possible with little repitition, rather than lift lighter weights.

It's the other way around.

Any plan will increase your size and strength. But heavier weight with fewer reps puts more emphasis on strength, and lighter weight with more reps puts more emphasis on size.

Do chin ups if you aren't, I always feel that they help loads more than a lot of people realise in growing your arms. Also help with back obviously and everyone loves back, lats are GOAT tier muscle group

You should try max out at 12. If 12 is difficult, then keep doing it until it's easy. Once it's easy, go up a weight (whatever then makes 12 difficult again).

Of course they're not enough, add some frickin weight with a dipping belt.

Go for 4-6 reps.

tick is that you lift 10 reps in lets say 4 series for one exercise. weight should be 70% of maximum weight you can lift one time. and you work 2-3 different exercises for biceps every second or third day.

don't think so, when I was basically a NEET during uni summer break I did chest/tris, back/bis, shoulders/core 2x each per week and heavy cardio on the day off, had to eat a lot but it worked. also slept about 10 hours a day but meh

There is no one workout or routine, dude. If you're getting a good pump and the muscle is burning like a motherfucker then you're making progress.
Superset some exercises and push yourself to knock out that one extra rep every time you work out. If you're feeding your body the right stuff then you're going to put on muscle.
