Hey fit 183cm-70kg here. Im looking to get big legs and i saw the 20squats workout. I can squat 65kg for 10 reps but idk about my max. So should i try squating it for 20 reps?
My current routine is
Leg press 4x10
Leg extensions 4x10
Seated leg curls 4x10
Squats 4x8-10
No particular order. Is it any good? Please help me out any advice is welcome :). Also bulking tips. Im drinking 2 shakes a day made from battery gainer with a banana and peanut butter.
Just eat massive amounts of food and lift, aint that fucking hard

I don't see why you wouldn't just do them while you are at the gym, sure you could do it bodyweight but you'd see faster gains from using the machine.
