Are dumbell side-bends a meme exercise?
I wasnt really thinking about increasing weight in that exercise, I ONLY saw it as an stretching exercise instead of a move in which you could increase your strength at. If even you mean strenght gains by ''progressive overload''
but you should widen your stance a lot and follow a line along the backside of your leg while doing em...
also not very effective, more like female-beginner tier due to inability to load a lot of weight
there are better exercises overall
>due to inability to load a lot of weight
What do you mean 'inability'?Does your gym not have adjustable dumbells or something?
I'd like to see you do side bends with 365lbs dumbbells. if you think you can't load up a lot of weight on a fucking sidebend.
he didn't specify what kind of gains yknow
Right, and having weird as undeveloped cores will help a ton with getting sloots. And when they need you to carry something heavy I'm sure they'll appreciate it when they can lift more than you can due to your hilarious muscle imbalances.
