I'm very good, aside from my bench I'm pulling some awesome results for almost three months of lifting.
I started lifting with a ppl 2 years ago but just started proper strength training because I'm tired of being weak. Only been on SS for a month but went at least 50lbs+ on squat, rows and diddy, 30lbs+ on bench and OHP.
Dont bench every workout.
I think the reason my bench stalled in highschool was i overtrained, didnt eat enough, didnt rest enough.
Im trying again now at age 24 to hit a new PR, I'm almost to 185 1rm
im poor so cant afford good protons, completely natty and hungry all the timr even though i have aa beer gut
Feels good and bad. Least i have a gym membership
Dubs don't lie. You're an asshole.
Everyone has to start somewhere. At least they're trying, as opposed to applying the double standard of laughing at skellies, skinnyfats, and fat people who are trying to make improvements to their health.
Do a real routine like Starting Aesthetics.
