Why are online comparisons of bodyfat such shit? Are American's the problem?
No americans arent the problem.
Basically the short version is that all the available tools we have become wildly inaccurate once you get below like 10-14% bf. Even things like calipers are super variable based on who is using them. So basically a bunch of retards just make up what bf they get to. Even pro bodybuilders will be like hurr i got on stage a 2% bf, i doubt a single person ever has gotten below 4% bf.
That's the problem. I don't know what's legit.
The last pic is most certainly NOT 10%bf. I don't know why people are collectively overestimating <12%bf, but 10% looks ripped as fuck. What he thinks is 10%bf is more like 12-15%.
