Any of you guys do or take anything to have more energy? I find that I am lethargic often and tend to sleep more than I need, and caffeine doesn't help that much.
More vitamin D? Speed? My diet is pretty good and I lift 3-4 days a week. Not sure why I feel so low energy all the time.
Try some cardio.
You might have a sleep disorder, I also used to be sleepy all the time and it turned out I had narcolepsy. Well I take 'speed' for that so you might as well try it.

I don't do cardio much, I should give that a try. Are there forms of narcolepsy where you're just tired but don't randomly fall asleep?
I've tried Adrafinil, which was pretty good, but I'm worried about long-term health effects. Would a doctor prescribe Modafinil if I tell him I'm usually tired?
I drink plenty of water and limit anything with sugar, so I'm pretty good on that.
Are you inactive during your rest days? I find if I lay around too much I feel like shit. Go for a walk or something/general cardio might help, and just getting some sunlight. Gl bro
