What's your go-to snack or meal that's high in protein? I'm trying to get creative to reach my 180g a day goal without relying on shakes or bars.
7g of brotein per 63g of egg white.
Container has 500g, so about 55g total
Why are you fucknuts not eating chili?
2lbs ground chicken
1 can hearty cut tomatoes
1 can beans
1 Package chili flavoring
Follow these easy steps you fraggits:
Brown the meat in a pot
Drain the grease
Add the flavor packet to coat meat
Bring to a boil, then lower heat for 10 mins
Here are the macros:
It's so easy to make, and I usually split it into 4 servings so I get 50g protein and 500kcals per bowl. Easy to eat hot or cold, and don't add any of that cracker, cheese or sour cream bullshit or I will find you and I will cut you.
Everyone saying 180 is too much is retarded. If you're looking to build muscle, you need about 1.2 times your weight in POUNDS not kg. Kg might not even be enough to repair damaged muscle brought on by extensive workouts
just curious to how you think your body could possibly need over a fifth of a kilo of fucking protein a day. u are so stupid god damnit. I aim for 100-120 and i think thats probably even too much at 180 lbs 10% bf at 5'11. guessing u either look like shit or just waste a ton of fucking money on food, but whatever, you keep falling for your memes
Red meat is best. Seafood and white meat (ie mobile vegetables) are second. Third is dairy, but only the high protein varieties. Very distant fourth is vegetable sources, but pretty much all of them will give so many unnecessary calories so I wouldn't recommend them.
Vegans please leave.
>he fell for the protein meme
do you go through 4 tubs of protein a month?
Anon, you're fucking stupid.
