Hey /fit/, I've been running and working out for a few weeks, and I've been losing weight. My face is still chubby af. I'm currently 140 lb and 6'3", am I too skinny? Is my face just fucked? I've been working hard and my goal is 130, but I feel like I'm already in the unhealthy zone. Can I still lose weight and still be healthy?

End of my last cut. Lol I'll take non weeb pics after my current diet (Lol I took 4 weeks off and gained about 15 lbs from this; so that's as close to current body as you're going to get.)
Bench: 295 (failed 300 yesterday)
Squat: 315 (2nd pic will show my squat depth)
Deadlift: 425 (Only been Dead lifting a year, was scared to do it when I started since I have a bad lower back, but a year ago I drank a cup of man the fuck up)
2/2 this is my squat depth. So my numbers could probably be higher if I just went to parallel, but oh wells. I enjoy it more this way.
I don't; that was basically starving myself to get that lean.
I dress up for anime conventions, so whenever one is close, I do 1200-1300 calories a day and cardio 7 days a week for about 3 weeks leading up to the con (on top of my gym work)
When I'm normal weight I don't look that shredded/huge. I'm 5'5, 160 lbs lol

I've been running Candito's power lifting program. I figured I was pretty damn weak for my size, so I've been focusing on getting my numbers up

Nothing worth my shoulder being fucked for.
Bus didn't stop. None of the witnesses stopped. I basically had no case. My word vs theirs. 12,000. Lawyer got 1/3rd of that, my MRI was almost 5 grand (didn't even get any treatment; only got the MRI), I ended up with about 4,400 in my pocket.
Had one of the witnesses (or even the bus) stopped, I'd probably have gotten a lot more.
ive been constantly and slowly bulking for a few months (i started off anorexic) amd am getting a little fat. Plan is to continue bulk until march (because my lifts are embarassing) and then cut down for Pride in June.
does that seem ok?
Caught me mirin man, that squat depth with barefoot is pretty good too - I used to go parallel only but now I'm working on full ROM and it's a lot easier with since I got my adipowers than it was barefoot

Need some advice.
Background- formerly 275+ obese, now about 185, 6'. Late 20s; spent a few years in the military after I dropped the weight, where I tore muscles in my lower (and also separated my shoulder and tore my AC, but those have healed well). Out and in college, but 2 months ago pretty severely pulled my groin on a squat; right at the bottom of the rep just popped hard and I dropped.
For a good week it was hard to even lift my leg to get into the car. Been trying to just rest it and work around it, this week I just started trying to do some squatting motions. Rear squats are a no-go yet, and I tried some 1pl8 front squats, but after a few sets I could still feel a sort of hitch towards the bottom, and psychologically it feels like it's not gotten much better. I can do some trapbar squats with ok weight, but it feels like this is taking way longer than usually seen for some reason. Any specific stretches or advice that have worked for others who've had a bad groin pull?

the shame/embarrassment aspect is actually a big deal lol. it's shitty as fuck not being able to even do some basic squats when i used to have no problems. ever since the muscle tears in my lower back it's been shit.
today in the gym too, one of the trainers was doing his routine, prepping for competition; he was deadlifting so intensely he popped a vessel in his nose and was gushing blood. :\
took me awhile to type this too, right in the middle had a teeth-clenching cramp.
Being black is gains on easy mode. you can literally play a little basketball a few times a week and have a 6 pack. get in the gym like twice a ween and within 6 months ur ripped

only exercise i did was drunken volleyball and drunken jetskiing. Jetskiing was actually pretty tough on the forearms and back. Felt nice.
