Plain full fat greek yoghurt. Add a bit of berries for taste.

Depends if you already have a lot of fat in your diet. I eat cheese, milk, and fatty fish almost every day, so I eat nonfat yogurt to give my stomach a break. Oikos Triple Zero is pretty good because it has no added sugar, also has fiber for some reason. I add honey and powdered peanut butter.
