Boil them. Cook bacon bits and add them to the sprouts when they're tender. This only applies when bulking but dam this shit is gud
Buy fresh, quarter them lengthwise, steam for three minutes.. preferentially add broccoli tops, onion, red cabbage and hot peppers. return to pot after draining water and stir in some miso and a table spoon of coconut oil..
As with any vegetable that tastes like shit, here is what you do:
>steam desired vegetables
>put them in a blender with the following: water, avocado
>add more water if it doesn't blend well
You will end up with green goo/soup.
Put that shit in the fridge and eat(drink) it cold
PS: while eating fresh vegetables raw still remains the most "healthy" way to eat your vegetables, there's nothing wrong with frozen. If you're serious about lifting, you should already own a freezer anyway.
