Looking to lose about 25 pounds.
I'm pretty short so hard to see the weight loss but I hear smoking Weed helps.
I eat pretty healthy; I sometimes go out, no big breakfast and I moderate high carb foods
If you're interested in abusing drugs to lose weight there are much more effective ones than marijuana.
Cocaine is awesome but it's expensive.
Meth is cheap but it's sketchy.
Adderall works, but you'll need a script.
An ECA stack works too, but it stresses your heart.
DNP is effective, cheap, safe, and has relatively few side effects. 9/11 highly recommend.
Smoking weed will help only if you a strong will power. I can stomach lots of healthier foods while stoned that wouldn't be appetizing to me sober. For most people, weed is very bad for fitness. Look up cunninghams equation to figure out how many calories you need to maintain your weight. Eat as close to that amount as you can, counting calories is important. Try to get 1 gram of protein per pound of lean mass (or just do a gram per pound of regular mass if you can't figure out lean mass) and do a beginners program like Strong Lifts or Starting strength. Girls often think lifting will make them look manly, it wont. You need roids to achieve gross levels of muscularity. Don't use cardio only to lose weight because it will make you skinny fat, I know this from experience (lost 100 pounds on cardio only and it took a lot of lifting to fix the loose skin).

Other way around. Weight loss would be easier to see if you're shorter. And isn't weed known to make you want to eat more, so it sounds like it would do the opposite of what you want.

as long as you stick to eating right when you have the muchies. youll do it. just don't skip out on fat burning excercises. mainly cardio.

and a banana 105 cal. im going to eat again in 2 hours and keep it small again.
doing cardio twice in a day can help as well.

Sounds anecdotal and dumb. If you wanna go for it then that's your call, but I'm sure if weed actually helped with fat loss, which is what you should be aiming for, not just weight loss, then bodybuilders and everyone on this board would be hitting the pipe. But besides your two stoner friends, not much proof is out there. Like another anon said, count your calories and lift weights. Eat 500 calories less than your maintenance, and you can find a calorie calculator online to figure out how much you should he eating, and in no time you'll see a lot of fat loss. And to repeat myself, if you really are as short as you say you are, and the OP pic is you, and this isn't bait, then 25 pounds might be too much for your height.
A woman needs a minimum of 12% bf to sustain herself long term. You literally do not have 25 pounds of fat to lose. If you tryt, you will lose what little muscle you have and end up like shit.

I think I could lose weight from my ass and boobs and legs and tummy. Any of those areas.
