I've been doing bodyweight training and exercises for three years now but I haven't made much gains.
Pic related. Was I memed? Should I have done SS + GOMAD instead?
You look perfect if all you are interested in is aesthetics for women. If you want to be strong though I would suggest SS or SL for 3-6 months then on to an intermediate routine. You could look like a beast in not much time at all.
Pic related is what women find attractive.
OP's body needs more mass.
Well I was going to say that maybe the lightning make your body look better than it is. But you have a nice chest and arms.
Maybe you lack some shoulders but believe me it's really good.
And don't compare yourself to fitness models that use DNP to stay lean.
Do you have another pic of your body ?
What were you expecting? To look like a bodybuilder or a powerlifter doing only calisthenics?
If you really want to get big, there's no avoiding weight training. The foundational principle is progressive overload, which weights are perfect for, and it's what'll get you big and strong.
But as far as your body goes, it looks good, lean, and fit, which is exactly what calisthenics will give you. So again, what were you expecting?
>So again, what were you expecting?
Probably not as big as you are taking steroids but along the lines of pic related. I believe this pic was uploaded here years ago and I would like to have the same body as well.

I know someone will say that. Handstand pushups have always been my weak exercise.
I've been doing calisthenics for a while, got a decent ottermede in 3 months with a defined 6 pack (not shredded as fuck though) and decent pecs for just pushups. Arms look like spagetthi and legs and butt are nonexistant. To achieve something like that you need a gym. That's why I'm starting again with it
Did you actually think you could achieve this body without taking roids or lifting weights?
