Thinking about supplementing vitamin D. I live in a northern climate and from what I've read lots of people suffer from vitamin D deficiency.
However, I seem to find a lot of different recommendations concerning the daily dose.
What is a safe, but effective daily dose for an average adult male?

The upper limit is pretty fucking high so it doesn't matter. As Dr Cox said, "for the love of God, it's aspirin. Open her mouth throw and handful at her, and whatever sticks, that's the correct dosage"
Since starting drinking ginger tea(I do it myself from the root and then eat it too) every day Ive noticed a better feeling in my body. Both with appetite but also that I dont feel sick as long as I used too
