I stopped trying to raise my bench at 2 pl8. My triceps were outgrowing everything else. Fucking stalled my squat before my bench my first time around. Sticking to 185lbs 3x8 once a week to maintain until everything else catches up.
Especially my poor, poor legs. I'm 5'7 and 145 lbs. My calves are 16 inches compared to my 15 inch arms. It's really goofy looking.
Probably gonna let chins stay where they are as well so my biceps don't get bigger before my chest and legs have time to grow.
Can't ever give up on OHP tho.

As it stands I'm shaped like a fucking yield sign. I want my squat to go up, senpai. Deadlift isn't too bad (345 1x5) but my squat is taking forever.

I got to 3pl8 last Friday. At this point my numbers are: 2x3x465 squat, 5x1x485 deadlift, 5x1x315 bench.
It's doable. Just bench more often (twice a week minimum) and work hard on good form (proper back arch and leg drive).
Try a frikkin 190lb bench, 352lb squat and a 430lb deadlift at 169lb bw
