Did you deload? Are you increasing your weight? Where did you start? Are these for 5 x3 or your 1RM? Age? Sleep ? How big were your jumps? Is your form good? Have you been doing Powercleans or are you a pussy?
I honestly would look into all of this before jumping onto TM I would advise the 4 day TM with OHP and BP on same day shit made my upper body explode like crazy from both strength and size point of view.
I would still milk SS if possible.

If you are a novice then those are some pretty good stats for 3x5 I would probably move on to TM then.
You need to read Justin Lasceks Part 2 take on TM since it's really helpful in understanding the template bit better and helps to give you most gains.
Also let go of your ego and start low that 5x5 jump is especially on squat is gonna kill you in the beginning trust me.

i did my own routine
i lift every morning, alternating bench or DL as the primary lift
lat raises, hammer curls, skull crushers, yates rows, weighted pulls/chins, db fly.
squat twice a week (no other leg stuff since i bicycle)
everything is high volume pyramids, i stay below 85-90%
bicycle every day, run every other day, soccer on weekends
eat a lot, almost no alcohol, sleep same time every day
Other guy but that doesnt sound bad so you get your legs and cardio just by bicycling and then get to do almost exclusively upper body lifts?

I don't roid. I use to do split, but now I just do what I feel like my body needs. More often than not I focus around a certain compound. Sometimes I'm at the gym for 2-3 hours doing everything. The gym that I go to is nearly always empty so I'm usually the only person there. Allowing for super efficient workouts and concentration.
The pic I attached was my progress from dyel to less dyel. I did split there and I actually got to the heaviest i've ever been at around 186. But I'm actually stronger now than I have ever been before at 178.
Figured it was due for an update, here it is. My leg strength is there according to strstd. My legs aren't as defined as the rest of me because the lower half of my body is very hairy.

85-90% refers to his one rep max. So if he can lift 100 pounds for one rep, that would be 85 to 90 pounds.

I've been considering the risk of dropping too much, since at present I'm dropping about 10kg per month... which a dietician I talked to said was off the hook fast. Plan right now is to stop defing when there's still like 10 pounds of overweight left and start lifting at that point, trying to convert it rather than drop it. Not sure if good idea though, I'm noob as fuck about shit like this.
