I've been doing a bit of research on Yohimbine and the whole thing just has me confused. From what I read, this is a pill for erectile dysfunction. Does that mean it'll work like Viagra and have me walking around with a boner all day?

Also, I started IF about a week ago and haven't had much trouble fasting for 16 hours. That being said, I know I shouldn't take Yohimbine on a full stomach and that I should only take it in a fasted state. My fast is from 8pm-12pm. Does that mean I should only take it in the morning (probably not at night since I hear it gives you the jitters).

36h fasting.
Since only doing bodyweight workouts, I haven't lost fast enough weight.
Gonna drop to 70kg this week and do a week or two of maintenance and then repeat this until I am 60kg.
