My last cut I did yohimbine + IF + LISS and had good results. I've started a new job and doing fasted cardio when I wake up isn't really feasible now. Would intermittent fasting and yohimbine still be a good cutting strategy? Would it be worth it to add the caffeine?
I've been doing a bit of research on Yohimbine and the whole thing just has me confused. From what I read, this is a pill for erectile dysfunction. Does that mean it'll work like Viagra and have me walking around with a boner all day?
Also, I started IF about a week ago and haven't had much trouble fasting for 16 hours. That being said, I know I shouldn't take Yohimbine on a full stomach and that I should only take it in a fasted state. My fast is from 8pm-12pm. Does that mean I should only take it in the morning (probably not at night since I hear it gives you the jitters).
personally, it just makes it incredibly easy to get to like 30-40% hard... girls in yoga pants at the gym or even a fantasy is enough for some uncomfortable chafing.
and yeah, taking it when you wake up then fasted cardio would work fine

I've been cutting for nearly 2 months. Lost about 30lbs (from 220 to 190lbs).
I look like a monster. Once I loose 10 more lbs I'll be more beastly.

1500 calories daily, all eaten at once a couple hours after I work out, taking an EC stack dose right after.
