Ok fit, here's my situation. I am 340 lbs at 6"1. I want to get this shit off my body as fast as possible without any permanent damage.
What's the fastest way to cut without fucking up my digestion or causing other permanent health problems.
I've managed to get strong just fine (went from benching the bar x 10 to 3 pl8) and I know I have the willpower to accomplish this.

You have literally no reasonable excuse to not use DNP. If you're greatly concerned, use it at 100mg.

Ok I know how hard this is to believe but I have recently gained discipline and its different then the motivation that was fueling me before. I'm not relying on anything resembling motivation.
Right now I'm in a 1000 calorie deficit but I'm still feeling like shit over how much fucking weight I gained in the last couple months. I thought I was 315 and I was feeling terrible about that, and then I weighed and I was disgusted.
Okay, I don't know if you understand what you are asking for or getting yourself into but I'll try to explain it as simply as possible.
one 250mg pill/day = Better fat loss than anything else
two = Ridiculous shut down your body levels of fat loss. You could die, but probably won't.
three = You have to focus on not dieing. You might die. Make it a habit and you will.
four or more = hop in icebath, call paramedics so they can watch you die. Absolutely, positively, will have body parts amputated or die.
There are better options than this. This will kill your muscular gains and you could FUCKING DIE. People like you should not take DNP. You shouldn't even be doing an EC stack. Doing this shit gets people like you killed and things banned for everyone else. You should be eating at a deficit while working out.
Yeah I was a dumb kid, besides after a certain point I was Lifting because I enjoyed it and weightloss (permanent weight loss at least) seemed unattainable.
I am fully self aware of how retarded the choice was and I may hAve even been back then.
Honestly just stay under 2200 calories a down and track every single thing you eat (including drinks, especially alchohol), that's all you really need to do. Maybe take a short walk around the block every now and then of you want to speed things up slightly.
I'm 6'2, was ~370lbs about half a year ago, now down to 300. At your weight the pounds will fucking fly off. Technically you can get down to about 1500 calories a day before you start getting into diminishing returns and health risks, and it will boost the speed a little bit, but 2200 is a good place to start if you want to work around your current food habits.
I still eat what I want, I can still have a cheeseburger or some pizza on a whim without worrying about it, the key is to just not stuff your gullet until you feel sick, which is what I used to do. Don't worry about super specific healthfood nutrient shit until you get near your goal bodyweight, for the first hundred pounds or so just eat what you like in moderation to help ease yourself into the mindset.
Also when you're grocery shopping, never EVER buy in bulk. You can take self control out of the equation by literally controlling how much food is available to you, just buy food for the day you're gonna eat it, MAYBE the next day (and if that means walking to the store every day, even better for weight loss).
MOST IMPORTANTLY, don't stress out if you fuck up every now and then, because IT IS GOING TO HAPPEN. If you eat a too-big meal, don't just say "fuck it" and go out of control for the rest of the day. And if you do go out of control for the whole day, don't give up the whole week, and so on. Weight loss is not an either-or situation, cheating doesn't automatically kill the whole journey.
You've essentially been cheating your whole life but you still understand that starting a cut now is beneficial. Take that understanding to the micro level. It's never too late, and a mistake is never too catastrophic to stop you.
they say the maximum weight loss per week is 2 lbs, but that's bullshit. if you don't fuck around and you keep you cals under 1200, at your size you can cut 4-5 per week without health risks.
I'll try to give a non bullshit answer since everyone is trolling.
drink only water.
cut out all unnecessary sugar.
cut out all empty carbs.
don't eat too much fat.
what you want to eat is mostly high protein, non carby, non (too) fatty foods. choose various items from that list, you CAN run into health risks if you always eat the exact same meal.
* ground beef
* canned salmon/tuna
* jerky meat
* cottage cheese
* 1% milk
* eggs (whites)
* lowfat yogurt
* vegetables (preferably with no carbs such as celery, bell pepper)
notice that there is no bread in there. no oats either, oats is a meme it's too high in calories for a cut. no brown rice either. if you get constipated eat more bell peppers.
also, keep working out (not as much as if you were bulking, but enough to not become skinnyfat)
It works the opposite of how you think. Your weight loss will get progressively slower and harder to achieve as you lose weight, so DNP is only necessary as you get towards the lower end. It's for those extra stubborn pounds that you just can't get rid of. At a higher weight/bmi you'll burn more calories at rest and in motion so you'll be more than fine doing it naturally.

There is no point. You won't grow shit while on DNP. Your goal here is to conserve as much as you can during that 2-3 week cycle

The fact that you're simplifying the danger that much tells me you should either back away or do WAY more homework. Even popping one pill can kill you under the right circumstances, and you need to keep close track of how much you take over an extended period of time, not just on a day by day basis. It's a whole fucking system that you have to manage very carefully.
Yeah just misdirected efforts, I also got a 1.5 plate ohp and almost 4 pl8 dl (would be higher but my body weight probably atleast takes a plate off). It's gonna suck to lose all that progress but muscles are supposed to be easier to gain back or something
Well after several years it supposedly tightens back up, and although I know I'll never gain enough muscle to fill up that void I'm gonna try to be the biggest motherfucker I can at 20 percent bf
Best case scenario you'll have a wrinkly flap of skin on your gut, and your skin will generally look kinda shitty. By best case scenario I mean working your ass off for a couple years and watching your nutrition. It will never get 100% back to normal. Surgery leaves scars and costs a lof of money though so it's just a choice you have to make. Neither option is really ideal for their own reasons.
