There are three different MACROnutrients:
- Protein (repairs your body). Only one kind of protein. 4 kilocalories per gram.

You get the same amount of kilocalories from eating 1 gram of trans fat and 1 gram of nonsaturated fat, but your body is affected by them differently. Trans fat will cause a greater risk of diabetes much moreso than nonsaturated fat will.

You can eat either but chicken breast gives you more protein which makes you feel more full. Big mac will make you feel like shit all day if you try to cut on it and it'll probably just result in you giving in to that hunger too often.
