why because eating healthy for months and finally giving in after 3 months of dedication to a burger and fries is somehow worse than eating fries and burgers regularly mixed in with some healthy foods? Fatass

Obviously it's more of a personal thing you hold yourself to and that's what makes it so bad. But just eating a burg and fries after months of eating super healthy isn't bad at all, unless you are a degenerate who slips and continues eating shit, then you're fucked.

Just finished off a bowl of chicken curry. Its got 2 whole chicken breasts in it plus a shit ton of broccoli, green beans, red peppers, spinach and rice. Without the curry it would taste incredibly bland. Its got over 600 calories and 40g protein. I usually finish that off with a mass gainer shake (800-1000 calories 40g protein). I try to eat 4 meals a day of this size and at least one of those shakes a day. I've gained 5lbs in the past month.
Am I gunna make it guise?
There are still anabolic responses on a cut if lifting.
If there's literally any evidence to have a single meal instead of over multiple, that's better than promoting the most anabolism, feel free to post it.

lunch: 150 gr. chicken breast, 1 cup mixed wild rice, 100gr. carrots with hummus, 125gr. unsalted peanuts.
dinner: usually one starch (potato or pasta), salad, meat.
1 scoop whey isolate
bed time snack: 1/4 cup-1/2 cup steel cut oats with 1 cup frozen blueberries & sometimes a banana
50-75 grams peanuts
How should I improve this shit? I think I need to start doing a "dinner prep" in addition to lunch prep so I'm not just eating random shit for dinner.

actually using MFP now. According to MFP that's 3,114 cals & 143 gr. protein. Do you think that's enough for a rest day? I only do 25-30 mins of cardio on rest days if that.
I'm 5'11, ~135 lbs FWIW.

I ate a bit more than intended over the weekend, so I'm making up for it today and tomorrow.
nah I mean I still go for the high protein options and track as I eat, if I need to eat more I just go back for more
if you're living by yourself a more structured plan will be better
been snacking throughout the day on peanuts and low cal white cheddar popcorn, and my dinner consisted of 1 1/2 chicken breasts with bbq shake n bake, corn, and mashed potatoes. And since I'm a fatass, that is still 800 calories beneath my maintaining calorie intake.
I'm just going to drink an odwalla juice, that's probably got like 1k calories right there.

Earlier today I was shopping and decide to pick up a protein bar on a whim, and holy fuck, that protein bar was the tastiest shit I'd ever eaten. I don't know if that says more about the protein bar or the foods I've eaten, but it was damn good. Gonna pick up like 10 of them next week

1 pack of bacon
1 red onion
mix it all up with 1 egg, wrap bacon around the patties, cook in oven.
then wrap the patties around lettuce and some cheese.
shit is pretty cash

4 pm: 3 scoop protien shake with unsweetened soy milk
6 pm: 100g lean ground turkey patty
8 pm: 1scoop casein with unsweetened soy milk.
1055kcal, 170g protien, 20g carbs and 35g carbs.
