Just wear gloves if it bothers you that much, or else try adjusting your grip so that the bar doesn't move around so much in your hand. I know that can be hard to prevent when you're dealing with a lot of weight, but it still sort of helps. No matter how tough your hands get, eventually a callous will tear off.
