>your macros for the day
>favourite thing you ate
Chicken ceaser salad
this is as at lunch time
get on my level nigger
favorite thing probably my egg and sweet potato omelette this morning
I might have a snack a bit later, otherwise just water and coffee for me.
I just wish I could have had a steak
>doing unnecessary shit
>tracking everything down to a single gram
Are you trying to get to 4 percent bf? If your mantinance is 2,500 and you track all your macros one week and then try one week where you loosely count calories, tell me what week will be more enjoyable. I've done all this before. Tracking macros is for noobs.
this is exactly what i do
i track it once then eat the same shit every day
i only track everything if im eating different shit i dont normally eat
your dissing tracking butyou have to track at first to learn what your macros are and be able to guess your food
im against tracking everything aswell fuck if somthings 10g over or under who gives a shit it makes no difference
15% fat 30% protein 55% carb
Had this slice of Ezekiel bread with homemade granola slapped onto it 'bout an hour ago - that'd be my favourite.
I have a scale too and use it, but I never worry about how many grams of protein or carb/fats I get a day. That's such a waste of time. It's called common sense. You won't feel or look different tracking eveything exactly. It's all about the calories and your goals. These noobs will learn eventually when they are tired of adding everything little thing to their diary like a slice of ham or cheese
1500 cal, about To eat some zero sugar ice cream then i'd be on 1600 cal.
I went Zimbabwe today, got fries and meat all day.
I feel retarded but what are the percentages even percentages of? 409g carbs is way more than 47%
As in the day that just ended in britbong time. How do people have problems eating too little protein? I don't even supplement it. 182lbs so easily making the 1g/lb which is considered overkill to some
>tfe cutting at 6'2 208 is more calories than some of you manlets eat while bulking
Literally he's eating exactly how you should on a bulk. You don't need all of your calories from protein, and it can be detrimental. You'll build more muscle if you get a bunch of carbs, a bunch of fats, and about .8g protein/lb.
thats not what i asked
i asked how he kept his protein levels low whilst eating so high in carbs fat
askin asking what hes eating
i know how to bulk blud i just struggle keeping my protein levels low because i prefure whole foods to sugary shit
Favorite thing I've had so far was leftover ham.
>inb4 1250kcal/day, I'm a grill, btw
Holy fuck, fucking low test manlets.
1.5c oats + brown sugar
20 oz whole milk + whey
20 oz sweet potatoes + 1/8 stick butter + honey + cinnamon (god tier btw)
6-8 oz chicken breast
> Dinner 1
6 eggs + potato/pepper blend
12 oz mixed steamed vegetables
12 ox whole milk
> Dinner 2
8 oz 80% ground beef
8 oz cottage cheese + 1 peach cup
> Snacks (usually mid morning)
2 oz sunflower seeds
2 nutrigrain bars
Pretty basic, I've been cooking since child so I can make it all taste alright. Average around $40/wk on groceries.
>tfw on school meal plan so i have to estimate
today was the first day of my cut so i'll adjust macros + or - as needed
yeah it's right, .8g protein per lb, slightly lower fat and as many carbs as i can afford so i can maintain as much strength as possible.
im only eating ~1900 calories to start so there arent many macros in the first place
Fav thing was Cajun chicken sandwiches for lunch, sex in my mouth
That's almost a full day (post dinner, minus late-night snacks)
I'm 5'10, 182 lb
I'm currently doing weight loss, that's why the calories are so low. If I wasn't aiming for weight loss, I'd be eating around 1700-2000 cal, but currently my limit is 1500, with occasional cheat days.
Here's my updated calories. I snacked on some chips and queso my roommates made which brings me up to my calorie limit, so i'm done eating for the day.
I'm 5'9, 174lbs. I'm trying to cut to about 160.
How was today?
I don't really struggle from lack of energy. I make sure I sleep well and wake up at a good time on days I cut my calories that low.
I work from home as a graphic designer, so I basically work a low energy desk job.
However I go to the gym almost every day. Today I burned 200 calories on the treadmill.
I've lost ~65 lb since i started my diet last summer. Current weight is ~182 lb, Planning to get down around 165 and then bulking up a bit. My worry is i might make my metabolism to low otherwise.
pretty good deficit today, but I didn't need the extra kcals, as it was a volume day-EZ
>3,918 calories burned on 480 miles on a golf cart and wii golf
That's not what I meant. The macros and calories seemed too low for the amount of food you're eating. Maybe I just suck at visualizing portions but it sounds like you're eating more than 1900 calories.
What's the best distribution of fats and carbs if I want to bulk?
>480 minutes golf
>on a golf cart
>480 minutes wii golf
8 hours just playing wii golf are you kidding me
3700 kcals daily.
...you eat more carbs and fats lol what kind of question is that?
>a few cheat meals cause you're bulking
this list goes on
