I'm doing SS but when I do bench press (after my 3x5 squats) my arms shake a lot and I can't control correctly the weight.

Yesterday I did 1x5 DL (mixed grip. I can't hold the bar correctly if overhand grip at 2pl8) with 2pl8. It hard effort for me, I think my back is alright but the guys there -impressed of my lift- suggested me to start using a belt to prevent back injuries.

I failed doing BP. What's wrong with me? My arms shake a lot after my squat session. Should I take more rest time?

My OHP can't pass of 70 lbs. I'm stalling.

Idk guys maybe I'll change my routine. It's hard 4 me to lift big weights. I'm skinny and manlet.

bulking time
deload
small increments
piss on plates to say you own them
>>
the purpose of belt is to increase abdominal pressure and make you able to lift more, not "prevent back injuries".
>>
Hey m80, I used to have that shaking problem as well when I was skinny. It went away for me as I kept lifting. If you can't complete your set, take more rest time or deload.
>>
OK GUYS IVE JUST EATEN 1 MEAL THIS DAY MAYBE THIS IS THE PROBLEM

i'll rest today and prove myself tomorrow I'll complete the bp 3 sets deloading 5 lbs.
>>
eat more
rest more

if your arms are quivering during bp, maybe your stabilizers are weak
do dumbbell bench

you don't need a belt, you're far too early (and low weight) in your lifting career to start that.
>>
OP Im also skinny and my arms fail during BP sometimes. It sux

Drink ALL the milk. Don't ever stop drinking milk until you're at least 200lbs.

EAT MORE. If you want to build muscle and get strong you have to eat.
Sleep more too

Rest 4-5min between sets.

Your arms will shake less when you're more used to the motor patterns.

Learn to hold the bar properly for the squat https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g2tyOLvArw0
