What is a good way to get explosive energy, even if it is just for a few hours?
Caffeine doesn't cut it anymore, with the amount it would take it has become impractical. Most supplements barely work as well. Sleep/healthy food and what not is useless. Help!
My preworkout is:
100mg synepherine HCL
~14mg yohimbine HCL
and amounts I can't remember of
citrulline malate/l citrulline mix
makes me feel like I'm burning with energy inside and out.
If I just want some easy recreational stimulation I pound two standard energy drinks, usually Rockstar, that'll last me an hour or so.
Seriously though, don't do drugs, those things give you temporary happiness and motivation, but will only fuck you up in long term.

Basically, lack of energy is a health problem so you could go to your doctor and tell them about it. They should know how to cure it better than a bunch of strangers on the Chinese homosexual milkdrinking forum.

The most sold store cinnamon is toxic as well. Cloves are an alternative.
Last semester I would sleep 6-7 hrs of sleep i would be tired during labs, however with 7.5-8 hrs per night with coffee in the morning and one at around 7pm before the gym I'm very energetic.
Psychedelics don't do shit to me. They just make me feel more depressed and worthless as I watch myself from the outside perspective.
Speed was my drug of choice simply because it cleared away all the depressing thoughts.

Thanks for looking out senpai. I knew about the niacin toxicity, which shouldn't be a problem for me because of my low dose (compared to therapeutic doses). I also don't use timed release niacin, which is supposed to be a factor, or drink while metabolizing the niacin.
The cinnamon one was news to me but I just checked and I should be well under the toxic dose for coumarin. Guess I'll switch to ceylon cinnamon when I can though.
