Hey guys. I'm planning on studying a few different martial arts starting next month.
What would you guys recommend for my eating habits as well as my workout habits?

You can throw in circle walking with your workouts. The movements aren't limited to baguazhang, and it'll help with balance and learning forms in the future.

proteins and carbs,
depending on your workout eat carbs before, even sweets if you have to. martial art classes are for learning not half assed cardio.
workout habits, should start to be more than just your classes. DO weightlifting and other stuff, despite the classes being muh hard.
Also don't go overboard with too many different styles, and don't do shit like Aikido or "low-class" MMA

Any food intake recommendations?
I want to improve my diet altogether, not just prepare for a workout.
