Hey /fit/ retarded question here. Whats your fav biceps exercise and why ?
Need it for scientific reasons
I got long ass arms so for me standing dumbbell curls. Really lets me squeeze at the top , each rep should take like a 3 second squeeze at the top and 3-4 seconds controlled down. Do 4 sets of ten like that and you'll understand the whole "the weight don't matter" thing most body builders will tell you
Dumbbell curls. Most people don't do them correctly though. To really hit the bicep, you want your palm facing up at the very top of the motion. Don't curl your wrist or use your shoulders/back/legs/etc. to help get the weight up there. It's a bicep exercise, not a compound movement.
