So I decided to make a plan to follow to a T. I'm anorexic as fuck, so I have to eat a fucklot. 112lbs, 6'0.
Here goes.

What's the total calories and macro breakdown? And are you going to eat the same thing everyday?

This is wrong though. 200g of nuts is 1200kcal.
200g of pasta must be 400kcal at most.
1 salad with olive oil isn't easily quantifiable. But if OP were to put 5cl of olive oil, that'd be 500kcal at most.

just go at a pace you can keep and slowly add more as you can withstand more. You could probably bulk on as little as 2k calories a day for awhile.
