How do I get aggressive fit?
Cos I'm charged on pre-workout, lets target the issue three levels deep:
Mentally: role play as you with more test and aggression
Phsyically: get more zinc, stop fapping, eat more protein
Energetically: get off the computer, go do things instead, feel stifled and agitated whenever you're on the PC/forums
If you don't succeed after this then kill yourself tbqh. It cant be put any more succinctly than this.

agression is not something you are it's how you express yourself.
I'm agressive towards achieving my goals and am pretty assertive about not letting something get in the way.
But the sort of emotional agression of punching walls , screaming is acceptable only in short bursts really.

Aggression + restraint = assertiveness, which is why I say I reckon you're cucks IRL. Aggression is a physical response. Control comes from the mind, specifically the pre-frontal cortex. You need harmony of both.
You cannot remove aggression from the equation and hope to be assertive. OP clearly has too much restraint and wants to know how to counter that.

Have you tried seeing someone about depression? Helped me. It sucks at first, but it's easier for someone else to bring you out of a funk than to try to do it by yourself. Counselling (and weed, tbqh) helped me notice colours and sunshine and everyday positive experiences for the first time in many years, and gave me emotions again.
have you talked to peeps who are aggressive in the way you're talking about? You should ask them how they get there. I find that I get really pumped just thinking about getting pumped and thinking about lifting. Or if I see someone that I don't like lifting or flexing or whatever, and I want to surpass them.
Music, not sure what you're into, but listening to metal and staring myself down in the mirror for 10-15 seconds before a big lift psyches me up a ton. Usually wait for a drop or powerful part of a song and start my lift. I know it sounds bullshit, but I legit feel like I'm stronger when I'm mentally psyched up for a lift.
Yell at the weights and slap them. That will show everyone in the gym your alpha op. Srsly no one will fuck with you.
Also an added bonus is to COVER yourself in petroleum jelly, studies shows it boosts testosterone levels by 100%.
Why would you want that? I'm naturally aggressive and hostile as fuck, I channel all my rage in the gym, every time I struggle a rep I think of someone I hate and how they'll die if I do the rep and then I just plow through it. But IRL people think I'm an asshole. Don't succumb to the dark side OP.
