What's the cheapest, yet healthiest way, to eat? I live alone so I have to buy all my food.
>>
Rice and beans, chicken and greens.
>>
I don't know about healthy, but I eat a shit-ton of oats and milk. Dirt cheap.

Hi anon,

For ideas on what food to buy, I recommend searching YouTube for Animal's "Big on a Budget" series.

Buy in bulk and at a discounter. Never buy sweets, water, snacks, juices, soft drinks.
Make a meal plan, prepare big portions ahead.

WOOD BERRY COCK

staple foods (oats, peas, rice, beans, whatever) in bulk from cheapest store you can find rather than paying 3$ for a 2 lb rice bag at convenience stores

cheapest chicken (breasts or whole) or fish (I recommend pollock, no scales, no small bones, no mercury, cheap as fuck) you can find, in bulk if you have space in the freezer.

vegetables that don't go bad in two days (cabbage, carrots, bell peppers)

figure out which micronutrients you're missing with your diet (usually vitamin d and e, potassium and calcium) and supplement them (buy online, drug stores tend to only stock expensive shit)

2000k calories 150g protein is 3-4$ a day if you're in US, as long as your shop smart. bring your own food to work rather than eat out like a degenerate fat piece of shit.
