That's basically the issue. I figured it'd be well understood by now. The people who "eat whatever they want but never gain weight," are people with low appetite. The people who "can't lose any weight on any diet" are people with high appetite.
Studies show both types miscount their calories by fifty percent in the appropriate direction, and that's just on average.
Im a 105Kg 18 year old who lifts 5 times a week and Im trying to lose weight. The thing is I know the amount I am eating is not enough. I see it on this app. I thought I was eating enough lmfao I guess not. I know eating this low is fucking terrible so i will eat more. >>35676760
I'm not familiar with the app you're using pham, but you could also try MFP as it has a barcode scanner and a huge database. Food for thought.
To quickly up them calories try milk or peanut butter.
The thing is i used MFP and it didnt let me choose the weight of my food. I weight my food before I eat it ect and count the calories. This app lets me type in the grams of the food I used and brings up data for that.
You could use wolfram to see what nutritional value whatever you eat has and then write it into excel or notepad.
