Nah m8 my noob gains slowed down disappointingly quickly. And being at a deficit this whole time might not have helped all that much I would think.

5rm:
Squats 107.5kg
DL 97.5kg
Bench 57.5kg
OHP 40kg
Cleans 60kg

Deadlifts are shit because the second I hit 100kg my back rounds. I've been trying to figure it out for a while now. Thought it was poor spinal erector strength at first and that it'd fix itself and get stronger with time. But nope. Trying to fit in snatch grip DLs to fix the rounding and also doing some RDLs on non-deadlift day to supplement it

It's definitely time for you to move the fuck out of SS, you're going to need to grow your muscles now. I've been bodybuilding for less than 3 months and my stats are

5rm:
squats: N/A because I literally struggle with the bar
Dl: 120kg
bench: 65kg
OHP: Something similar to yours

I'm sure you'll make some fast gains with the background you have though but SS doesn't focus on increasing muscle size and that's what you need right now to start making gains again. I'm sure you will start seeing crazy gains considering that long ss background.

Started with strong lifts 5x5. Switched to ppl after hitting 220. 3 days on 1 day off. I used a keto diet to lose 110lbs in 6 months. Everything is is 2.5 years
