What app do you use to set the alarm? Do you use an alarm that chooses the best moment to wake up during a timeframe?
Why do you need an app for that? Sleep cycles are 90 minutes, you can't calculate that in your head? Also if you're lifting you should just plain get as much sleep as you can regardless.
