God dammit fit...
I'm addicted to bread.
Like i can't stop eating it.
I just bought a whole loaf and ate half of it in 10 minutes and while i'm writing this i'm eating more..
How do i stop eating bread?
I eat mostly healthy, and can keep my weight in control but its the reason every single one of my cuts fail.
Is there any good bread substitute? Anything i can do to not crave it?
Has anyone beaten this bread addiction?
