I've never felt any adverse effects while normally using it. The one time I felt shitty was when I took a dose and then took a lot of preworkout (not sure why), just felt slightly sick and heart was pumping, but it went away after half an hour.

I used to do a lot of cardio, still do some now. Take my BP readings every couple weeks. I used to be right at 120/80 and went up to 132/90 after some time I started the stack. Last reads were 116/72 a couple weeks ago.

So I think as long as you're keeping your shit in check and don't go too overboard with stims, you're fine.

I plan to start tapering off in two months, looking forward to it :(

As an oldfag who has used ECA on and off since highschool over 10 years ago, I just want all of you to understand that Ephedrine does work for weight loss. However, we are talking about at most like a 2% advantage. Make sure you have your diet in check newfags and make sure you understand macros and what macros you should be hitting before you even consider wasting your money on ECA or something similar.

I always thought I was going to die of a heart attack. I could feel my neck tighten up from the spike in blood pressure and my toes would always go numb.

Went to bed one night with a resting heart rate of like 96. Quit that stuff the next day and haven't looked back. I've run the EC stack multiple times in the past with little to no issues but every new time I start it, the sides get worse.
