How important is working a lot on your triceps? And by that I mean continue working on them but not focusing on them as much as other muscles.
I fucking hate triceps
Why do I always feel like I'm doing triceps wrong? Like I'm sure I have proper form, but they never feel sore or anything. I tried increasing weight, but it feels impossible. Like it either feels too easy or too hard, there's no in between even between the slightest different increments of weight.
The only exercise that feels good is tricep pulldowns.
