Hey guys. What are some good stretches for lower back pain? Or just tips in general to help.
I sit at a desk all day for work and its slowly killing me. When i do squats or deads my lower black gets inflamed and its hard to move.

i know this feel and its amazing, but your lower back muscles will strengthen when you do romanian DL and it will improve your squats/dl
You can foam roll your lower back with a soft foam roller before you sleep. You're aiming for the spinal erectors not the vertebrae. Don't foam roll your back prior to working out because it needs to be stable.
