just smashed my OHP PR due to pure anger and embarassment from fucking up in a lecture today.
i actually do feel better, surprisingly.

I do deadlifts after a big test. Helps me on the big pulls by reminding myself that I may have sucked at Differential Equations, so I'd better not fail at this lift or I'm a total worthless piece of shit.
It's more like I use feels to help me lift. Last week I saw that one story of the dude getting cucked by a lesbian. It made me sad, and then it made me pissed, and then I lifted heavy.
So basically, NTR=gains.
