How fast could you run a mile /fit/?

I dont feel like improving that, I just do moderate runs on my rest days to keep my body fat low

My best time was 5:57. I used to be a jumper for track, back in high school

4:57 back in high school and my team was so good I wasn't even on varsity. Only took me 2 years a good coach goes a long way

Ran 3km in just under 11:30 minutes, what would my likely mile run be?

my normal cardio has me doing one every 7:30 no problem, if I pushed it don't know. My best was 4:52 in highschool but that was like 5 years ago when I played rugby and hockey 6 days a week

None of my high school coaches knew what to do for me. They were all throwers and couldn't come up with a routine for me. They seriously told me to just do what my middle school coach had me do. My workouts consisted of "run a lap around town" (3 miles) unsupervised and run around the school 3 times (.75 miles a lap).
