Pretty simple actually, just lift hard 5+ times per week and eat well. I don't have a specific routine, I just follow a bro split and do different exercises for whichever muscle group it is on a given day until I've been at the gym for at least an hour.
Example chest/triceps day might look like this:
3x10 Bench press
3x8 Dumbbell bench press with drop set after last set
3x12 Fly machine
3x10 Skullcrushers
4x12 Overhead rope extension
4x12 Rope pulldown
After this my chest/triceps should be very sore and then on the next chest day I'll increase weight and/or change up the exercises I do. For example, I might do incline bench and dumbbell bench instead of flat or do dumbbell overhead raise instead of overhead rope extension.
